Clinical Supervisor / BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations, periodic reassessments, and prepare progress reports.

• Create and oversee customized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.

• Mentor and train Behavior Technicians, which includes RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing guidance.

• Analyze and provide insights on the utilization of scheduled hours by Behavior Technicians.

• Design and supervise individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention strategies.

• Offer support, instruction, and constructive feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors using ABA principles.

• Carry out Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses for problematic behaviors as necessary and clinically justified.

• Evaluate program effectiveness, provide recommendations, oversee data collection, and chart/monitor progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certification and MA LABA.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in ABA.

• Completed CORI background check.
