This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Accountable for all clinical aspects of the treatment for the patients under their care.
• Evaluation and analysis of the patient’s abilities and challenging behaviors.
• Formulation of treatment plans and supervision of their execution.
• Collaboration with and guidance of the patient’s caregivers.
• Continuous coaching and training of behavioral technicians.
• Treatment plans primarily focused on addressing areas of medical necessity.
• Monitoring the implementation of treatment for potential program adjustments.
• Maintaining a minimum of 120 billable hours authorized by payors/clients each month.
• Clearly communicate treatment responses to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate care with other professionals in the field.
• Stay informed on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements at all times.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is mandatory.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is essential.
• A compassionate and empathetic individual who can maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with team members while fostering a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Capability to work independently, exercise clinical judgment, and solve problems.
• An effective communicator in both verbal and written forms.
• Demonstrate superior time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to adapt to new computer systems and iPads.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and enhance skill sets.
• Willingness to work with a diverse range of patients.
• Must pass a tuberculosis test if mandated by funders.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Up to $30,000 in annual bonuses (potential of $2,500/month).
