This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and enhance installed base accounts, acting as the main point of contact to foster long-term customer success and satisfaction with our solutions.
• Establish and nurture enduring, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at clinical, technical, and executive levels to secure future TITU opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Product Development, Marketing, Training, Clinical Applications, Physics support, and service) to ensure high-quality communication that captures the voice of the customer and guides processes.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (clinical, service, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction, particularly for First-in-country product implementations.
• Propel revenue growth within the Installed Base through upgrades, service offerings, and new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Actively participate in the complete sales cycle (from opportunity identification to deal closure), closely collaborating with the Regional Business Leader, Business Manager, and Regional Service Manager during trade-in and trade-up deals while assisting with service purchases, contract negotiations, and renewals.
• Conduct customer visits and co-present demonstrations, translating complex solutions into clear clinical and business value.
• Facilitate workshops and on-site engagements to reinforce clinical excellence and strengthen partnerships with customers.
• Identify and escalate customer needs, challenges, competitive innovations, and market insights to influence strategy and offerings, acting as a liaison between KOLs and the company’s medical affairs to provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer requirements.
• Document customer interactions and projects in the CRM system.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise to provide best-in-class customer guidance.
• Attend key meetings and trade shows (such as ESTRO, DEGRO, etc.) to enhance brand presence, gather market insights, and build new prospect relationships.
• Strong clinical background in radiotherapy, oncology, medical physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with commercial exposure (sales, account management, or similar).
• Demonstrated capability to drive business within an installed base and develop new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts compellingly.
• Natural talent for building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and establishing customer trust.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Practical experience with the complete product portfolio.
• Fluent in the local languages of the regions covered.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the designated territory.
