Clinical Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Present Radformation’s QuickCode automated billing QA software to potential clients alongside the sales team.

• Assess clinical workflows and assist in configuring QuickCode to enhance efficiency.

• Promote customer engagement through implementation and training initiatives.

• Create sustainable workflows for QuickCode.

• Independently or collaboratively resolve configuration, documentation, coding, and software issues with the programming team.

• Proactively check in with existing customers to collect feedback and communicate new features.

• Conduct webinars to address clinic inquiries and showcase features.

• Evaluate new software versions and offer clinical insights for development and quality assurance.

• Prepare training resources for clinics.

• Investigate new coding guidelines and remain updated on changes.

• Guide clinics in creating efficient billing QA workflows and enhancing standardization.

• Build relationships with clinics and integrate feedback for improvements in billing checks.

• Instruct and enhance workflow efficiency within radiation oncology clinics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS.

• AMAC ROCC certification or its equivalent.

• Strong critical thinking capabilities.

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence in patient care.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the healthcare community.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Expertise in coding and radiation oncology clinical workflows.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with five years of clinical experience in radiation oncology and medical coding.

• Preference for candidates with five years of experience with ARIA and/or MOSAIQ OIS.
