Clinical Staff EHR Data Transfer Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately input clinical documentation into customer EHR systems without any modifications.

• Ensure the precision of documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Adhere to established workflows for clinical support.

• Work collaboratively with our care management and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with EHR/EMR systems.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI best practices applicable to remote work.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable with structured workflows.

• Experience in Medical Billing.

• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic Systems.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records at Athenahealth.

• Proficiency in eCW EHR.

• Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
