Clinical Staff EHR Data Transfer Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Accurately input clinical documentation into customer EHR systems without modifications.

• Ensure documentation accuracy while safeguarding patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

• Adhere to established workflows for clinical support.

• Work collaboratively with our care management and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with EHR/EMR systems.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI best practices applicable to remote work.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and adept at following structured workflows.

• Background in Medical Billing.

• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic Systems.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records at Athenahealth.

• Knowledge of eCW EHR.

• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
