Clinical Specialist, Surgical Robotics – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Integrate HUGO™ RAS systems within healthcare facilities.

• Enhance current robotic surgery initiatives, develop new programs, or transition from another system.

• Engage with stakeholders in the robotic program to establish program objectives and metrics.

• Facilitate regular program review meetings.

• Create training plans for surgeons and coordinate off-site training and proctored cases with Medtronic.

• Formulate training plans for staff and assist them throughout their learning process.

• Participate in surgical cases to aid in the adoption of technology.

• Implement change management strategies to engage clinical stakeholders and secure their support.

• Mentor hospital personnel to encourage skill transfer and operational independence.

• Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital teams to prepare operating rooms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.).

• A Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in both English and German.

• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively within your country (>75%).

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Sound knowledge and experience related to operating rooms and surgical procedures.

• Ability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing standards.

• Verification of employment authorization through E-Verify.
