Clinical Specialist, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting the DACH/EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) with clinical-related inquiries.

• Aiding in the validation of marketing and educational programs from a clinical standpoint.

• Facilitating clinical discussions with our physicians.

• Addressing and escalating clinical queries and issues raised by our doctors.

• Proactively managing inquiries, complaints, and adverse events from doctors in DACH and EMEA regions.

• Offering clinical customer support concerning treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER usage.

• Collaborating with Marketing/Education teams to develop clinical content materials, e-learning modules, or training resources.

• Presenting the foundational aspects of the product portfolio from a clinical perspective and highlighting the benefits of our solutions, while identifying additional training needs for relevant stakeholders.

• Overseeing customer and internal inquiries submitted via internal platforms, ensuring prompt follow-up and outstanding service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry, medicine, or orthodontics.

• Essential knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics.

• Native proficiency in German and fluent in English are required.

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage with multiple key stakeholders, doctors, or business partners in the EMEA region.

• A collaborative team player, able to thrive in a multinational matrix organization.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
