This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct structured audits on a large scale of provider charts to verify adherence to protocols and accuracy in documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality RNs on comprehensive investigations to uncover systemic issues and process deficiencies.
• Oversee and manage the database for provider quality training sessions, ensuring full compliance during large recruitment phases.
• Communicate approved quality information and educational updates to the provider community with professionalism and tact.
• Coordinate across the organization to identify problems in the "intake-to-implementation" process, mitigating errors before they advance to the clinical phase.
• Provide support to any team member or departmental initiative as organizational needs evolve—we approach every challenge collaboratively.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in a direct clinical setting (e.g., Medical Assistant, Scribe, or Clinical Coordinator).
• Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, with a quick adaptability to learn Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and tracking tools.
• A basic understanding of clinical workflows, including familiarity with the typical patient visit lifecycle and documentation processes from intake to discharge.
• Experience interacting with patients in a clinical role, ensuring an appreciation of the "human element" behind the data being audited.
