This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in maintaining and supporting onboarding systems and training materials to ensure that providers are well-prepared and aligned with current workflows.
• Revise and enhance documentation across various platforms (e.g., ClinicApp, Notion, Dosespot, Photon, Amazon Connect) to reflect changing tools and processes.
• Oversee provider-facing channels to identify, resolve, or escalate technical issues, thereby helping to minimize onboarding challenges.
• Aid in client launch preparations by organizing resources, performing quality checks, and supporting standardized workflows.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of onboarding and training processes to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to support educational initiatives and align on operational goals.
• Identify recurring issues or gaps in onboarding or training and provide insights to enhance provider experience and readiness.
• Attend team meetings and engage in discussions about workflow enhancements and team priorities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a valid certification.
• Experience in supporting onboarding, training, or operational workflows within a healthcare or telehealth setting.
• Proficient in interpreting and documenting technical processes with clarity and precision.
• Familiarity with multiple systems or platforms and adaptability to frequent updates.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
