This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in a designated therapeutic area, providing education, phone support, and training (flexible working hours, on-call duties, and weekend availability may be necessary).
• Facilitates on-site field training and/or remote support for Therakos Pharmaceuticals' drugs and devices.
• Collects and communicates competitor information from the field to internal stakeholders.
• Responds accurately to therapeutic inquiries related to medical devices from institutional healthcare providers, adhering to approved company guidelines, relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, while utilizing sanctioned content.
• Engages with various internal stakeholders, including but not limited to North American Clinical Specialists, Technical Service, Medical Department, Quality, Regulatory, Research & Development, and Legal teams, in compliance with approved company guidelines for EMEA Clinical Specialists and applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• May participate in pharmacovigilance activities related to devices and drugs, including capturing adverse event complaints.
• May assist in the creation of tools and resources to establish and uphold an advanced training and education program.
• May provide technical support throughout clinical research and/or clinical trial site initiations, advising Sponsored Study or Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) investigators on the usage of instruments.
• May contribute as an author or co-author of clinical research papers or other clinical documentation.
• Records customer interactions and activities, manages expenses, and fulfills objectives.
• Commits to full adherence to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory mandates, and relevant laws.
• Excellent command of both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
• Additional language proficiency, especially in Spanish, is preferred.
• Strong scientific and clinical insight.
• Ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving abilities combined with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of both the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Experience: Preferably 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in apheresis/dialysis.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in clinical education and training and/or management.
• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science (BS) is required.
