Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary clinical assistance to sales representatives in cultivating new sales opportunities and establishing relationships with physicians and hospital accounts.

• Offer technical knowledge, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance for company products.

• Build and sustain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital personnel.

• Provide continuous education and clinical insights related to company products.

• Convey clinical knowledge of products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.

• Educate physicians and staff about company products.

• Offer case support, including assistance in operating rooms and during procedures.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to relay product information, clinical data, and market insights.

• Contribute to product enhancement initiatives.

• Act as the main resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.

• Conduct patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient satisfaction with implanted products.

• Visit customers and patients in various settings, including hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Establish territory strategy and work alongside regional clinical education and field engineering colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• More than 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.

• Experience in an operating room environment.

• Capability to provide clinical expertise on company products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.

• Proficiency in delivering technical and educational training to physicians and staff.

• Ability to troubleshoot, program, and assist with patient follow-up for company products.

• Skill in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

• Flexibility to adapt to new opportunities, challenges, and unforeseen developments.
