Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Specialist plays a crucial role in offering primary clinical support to sales representatives, aiding in the development of new sales opportunities and accounts within physician and hospital settings.

• Deliver technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and oversee patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with physicians and staff at designated clinical sites by providing exceptional service and responsiveness, along with ongoing education and clinical knowledge regarding the utilization of the company's products.

• Offer technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the application of the company's products.

• Provide case support, which includes assistance in the Operating Room/Procedure settings.

• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure customer and patient satisfaction with the implanted products.

• Establish and nurture business relationships with hospital personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices is required.

• Experience in the operating room is essential.
