Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary clinical assistance to sales representatives in identifying and cultivating sales prospects as well as hospital and physician accounts.

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and other personnel.

• Offer continuous education and clinical insights on company products.

• Execute product demonstrations and deliver both technical and educational training.

• Provide support during cases, including assistance in operating rooms and procedural settings.

• Relay product, clinical, and market insights to sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

• Address troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.

• Conduct patient follow-up to ensure the satisfaction of customers and patients with implanted products.

• Visit customers and patients in various settings including hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Define territory strategy and collaborate with regional clinical education and field engineering colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• More than 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.

• Experience in operating rooms.

• Clinical knowledge of medical device products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.

• Capability to deliver technical and educational training to physicians and their staff.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, programming, and conducting patient follow-ups for company products.

• Ability to operate effectively in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Skill in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

• Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to new opportunities and unforeseen events.
