Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary clinical assistance to sales representatives in identifying new sales opportunities and engaging with hospital and physician accounts.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital personnel.

• Offer continuous education and clinical knowledge regarding company products.

• Communicate clinical insights about products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.

• Conduct technical and educational training sessions for physicians and staff.

• Provide case support, including assistance in operating rooms and during procedures.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to share product, clinical, and market information.

• Assist in the enhancement of product features.

• Act as the main clinical support resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up activities.

• Carry out patient follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and success with implanted products.

• Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Establish territory strategies and work closely with regional clinical education and field engineering colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• More than 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.

• Experience working in operating rooms.

• Capability to deliver technical and educational training to physicians and staff.

• Proficiency in supporting product demonstrations, patient care, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.

• Willingness to visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Highly proactive, self-driven, and resilient problem solver.

• Ability to understand customer needs and modify sales strategies accordingly.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively and accurately.

• Skill in identifying opportunities or challenges and adapting strategies as needed.
