Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, clinical personnel, and hospital staff.

• Assist sales representatives in identifying and developing new sales opportunities and accounts.

• Offer technical knowledge, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance for company products.

• Deliver ongoing education and clinical insights concerning product utilization.

• Convey clinical understanding of products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.

• Educate and train physicians and their staff on the company’s products.

• Provide support during cases, including assistance in operating rooms and procedures.

• Relay product, clinical, and market insights to sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

• Offer troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up services for company products.

• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure effective use of implanted products.

• Meet with customers and patients at hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Establish territory strategies and collaborate with regional clinical education and field engineering colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• More than 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.

• Experience working in an operating room environment.

• Capability to provide clinical and technical expertise on neuromodulation products.

• Proficiency in educating and training physicians and staff.

• Ability to provide support in operating rooms and during procedures.

• Skill in troubleshooting, programming, and supporting implanted products.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively and accurately.

• Flexibility to adapt to new opportunities, challenges, and unforeseen developments.
