This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote clinical cardiac device services for designated Murj customers, adhering to established transmission protocols and clinical workflows.

• Conduct independent reviews, interpretations, and analyses of cardiac device transmissions, which include ILRs, pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.

• Evaluate the clinical significance of device findings and determine suitable actions such as: immediate clinician escalation, routine reporting, or no action required.

• Apply independent clinical judgment in assessing arrhythmias and device diagnostics, including: atrial fibrillation burden, ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation, pauses and heart block, as well as lead integrity and device performance alerts.

• Efficiently triage alerts and manage workflow priorities.

• Create clear and precise impression reports while recommending plans for clinic review.

• Conduct clinic outreach when clinically warranted.

• Assist in care interval management and workflows for patients lost to follow-up.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail and clinical accuracy during documentation of findings and collaboration with Murj customers.

• Operate independently and proactively identify and tackle tasks that may not be explicitly assigned but are essential for patient care and operational success, including: quality assurance, new hire mentorship, education, and mPower program support and mentorship of clinic enrollees.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of postsecondary education is required (Bachelor’s degree is preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in cardiac device, rhythm monitoring, or a closely related clinical field.

• An active RN or LVN license, or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification, or equivalent RT(R), CVT, RCIS, RCES, or IBHRE certification (CCDS or CDRMS).

• All new hires who do not currently possess an active IBHRE certification (CCDS or CDRMS) must acquire and maintain this certification within 12–18 months of their hire date.

• Experience in analyzing and interpreting cardiac device diagnostics across Abbott, Biotronik, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic platforms.
