Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the precise labeling and annotation of extensive medical datasets to aid in the development and enhancement of machine learning models.

• Label and annotate large quantities of data in accordance with established guidelines.

• Perform comprehensive quality checks on annotated data to guarantee accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

• Work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in annotations.

• Ensure the confidentiality of data while adhering to data security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Bio-Medical Engineering, or related fields like Biophysics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry) or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong focus on detail and the capability to maintain accuracy while managing large datasets.

• Familiarity with data annotation tools and software applications.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A solid understanding of fundamental machine learning and computer vision concepts is advantageous.

• Experience in medical data annotation, labeling, or segmentation.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or familiarity with scripting languages.

• Prior experience in a similar position or within the machine learning and artificial intelligence sectors.

• Previous involvement in CT-Scans segmentation, annotation, or labeling.
