This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as a clinical authority during the implementation of systems, onboarding physicians, and providing support during live procedures.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure synchronization on account preparedness, utilization objectives, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee on-site activities during the launch of new sites and technology integrations, guaranteeing a smooth clinical experience.
• Recognize and disseminate clinical insights to improve performance, enhance workflows, and optimize overall outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D departments to promote adoption and achieve procedural excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to foster clinical adoption and support successful procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays as necessary.
