This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a clinical authority during system implementations, onboarding of physicians, and support during live procedures.
• Collaborate with the Global Director to ensure alignment regarding account readiness, utilization targets, and growth possibilities.
• Oversee on-site activities during the launch of new sites and technology integrations, guaranteeing a smooth clinical experience.
• Recognize and disseminate clinical insights to improve performance, workflow, and overall results.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to promote adoption and procedural excellence.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Propel ongoing optimization at existing sites to ensure procedural growth and sustainability.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotic fields is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.
• Availability to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnight stays as necessary.
• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing prerequisites (background check, drug screening, immunizations).
