Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identifies educational requirements and proposes enhancements to elevate clinical practices in aesthetics.

• Creates an individualized training plan for each healthcare professional participating in a facilitation program, tailored to their self-evaluation of knowledge, skills, and confidence levels.

• Develops a customized AMI facilitation pathway with the healthcare professional, in alignment with the AMI Infinity program, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintains a high standard of service through consistent and timely follow-up after each engagement with healthcare professionals.

• Logs all activities in VEEVA CRM for effective KPI monitoring.

• Guides healthcare professionals through their educational journeys utilizing AA AMI Digital World (AMIDW).

• Assists in the execution of significant AMI events for the affiliate, upon request from the AMI manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a clinical field such as medicine, nursing, or dentistry.

• Other patient-facing clinical positions may also be considered, such as physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy.

• Experience in a commercial or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sectors, preferably in aesthetics.

• Background in facilitation, training, or coaching, including event management, preparation and delivery of workshops, and various training formats.

• Capability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

• Proficiency in English.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking activities through a CRM tool.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint.
