
Clinical Solutions Specialist β Radiation Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish trusted partnerships with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, therapists, and clinical care teams to gain insight into their workflows and business requirements.
β’ Facilitate workflow discovery sessions with clients to pinpoint areas for product enhancement and optimization.
β’ Act as the clinical authority during product demonstrations, customer meetings, implementations, and industry events.
β’ Collect customer insights and convert clinical workflows into comprehensive product specifications, workflow documentation, and user stories.
β’ Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and software engineers to ensure that customer needs are integrated into upcoming product improvements.
β’ Document physician workflows, decision-making points, and clinical procedures to aid product development and meet regulatory standards.
β’ Support Sales by addressing intricate clinical inquiries and offering subject matter expertise throughout the sales process.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, clinical, or related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in U.S. Radiation Oncology.
β’ Background as a Medical Dosimetrist, Radiation Therapist, Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Applications Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or in a similar radiation oncology position.
β’ Solid understanding of physician consultation workflows, treatment planning, oncology documentation, and radiation oncology operations.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to establish credibility with physicians and clinical leadership.
β’ Proficiency in translating clinical discussions into organized workflow documentation and product specifications.
β’ Experience in supporting healthcare technology, clinical software, EMRs, or oncology information systems is a plus.
β’ Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
β’ Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 30β50% to customer locations, conferences, and team meetings, including occasional international travel.
