This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Present engaging and clinically accurate product demonstrations to prospective clients in collaboration with Sales Account Executives.
• Facilitate the sales process by addressing inquiries related to clinical workflows, use cases, and outcomes from clinicians and administrators.
• Lead clinical onboarding and training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for new clients, customized for specific clinical roles and workflows.
• Create and enhance clinical training materials, best practices, and enablement resources in partnership with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Offer continuous clinical support, recommendations for workflow optimization, and insights on product usage after implementation.
• Engage in customer check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and feedback sessions to gather clinical insights and contribute to product enhancements.
• Serve as the clinician's advocate internally, relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams regarding usability, workflow integration, and feature requirements.
• Assist in internal training by educating Sales, Customer Success, and other departments on clinical use cases and product updates.
• Ensure that all customer-facing activities comply with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards relevant to medical devices and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) products.
• Stay informed about current clinical best practices, industry standards, and pertinent healthcare regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare-related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clinical, clinical support, clinical applications, or healthcare technology.
• RPSGT Certification is mandatory.
• Practical experience collaborating with clinicians in a hospital, health system, or clinical practice setting.
• Proven experience in delivering clinical training, product demonstrations, or workflow education to healthcare professionals.
• Previous experience supporting sales teams or working in pre-sales, post-sales, or customer success roles is preferred.
• Candidates located in Eastern time zones are preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) is preferred.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist - Sleep Disorders Specialty is preferred.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist - Sleep Disorders Specialty is preferred.
