This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver product, clinical, and sales assistance to PMLS teams and Mindray clients within health systems, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and distribution partners.
β’ Act as a member of the Enterprise Selling Team (EST), aiding in the creation of customer-specific, solution-oriented presentations for Mindray products.
β’ Provide valuable insights to marketing regarding new product developments, identifying target markets and their specific needs.
β’ Collaborate with the EST/Sales Team to formulate clinical application strategies by engaging with customers, evaluating workflows, and crafting customized solutions.
β’ Assist with customer calls, demonstrations, and presentations, which include equipment setup and delivering content tailored to specific audiences.
β’ Perform on-site evaluations of workflows and inventory; work alongside EST/Sales to create Hospital Roadmaps, identify comprehensive hospital solutions, and support quoting processes.
β’ Maintain proactive communication with Sales and customers throughout the pre-sales phase to guarantee optimal clinical support.
β’ Lead and engage in follow-up visits to enhance customer relationships across various modalities and promote Mindray solutions from department level to C-suite.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Service, Product Management, etc.) to connect customers with clinical resources.
β’ Create and deliver clinical sales training; mentor new hires to bolster organizational growth strategies.
β’ Provide operational analytics to leadership, including quarterly business reviews assessing productivity.
β’ Participate in trade shows and regional meetings to foster strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
β’ Maintain up-to-date product and clinical sales competencies; utilize resources to broaden expertise.
β’ Contribute to team revenue objectives; compensation is determined by sales performance and quota fulfillment.
β’ Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited nursing program.
β’ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
β’ An advanced business or clinical degree is preferred.
β’ 2-3 years of experience in clinical sales.
β’ Over 4 years of active nursing experience in a specialty area specifically involving cardiac monitoring of acute patients.
β’ Proficient understanding of advanced cardiac care, hemodynamic monitoring, Swan Ganz, and Cardiac Output monitoring.
β’ Familiarity with the hospital purchasing process for capital equipment and the lifecycle planning related to solution-based development.
