Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading the provision of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips customers.

• Provide engaging onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training.

• Assist customers in testing workarounds, integrating clinically, and exploring new functionalities of solutions.

• Oversee and take ownership of the learning experience through customer consultations.

• Ensure continuous and effective communication regarding project status with internal teams.

• Tackle and resolve a wide range of issues, demonstrating sound judgment in identifying methods and techniques for solutions.

• Approximately 75% travel is required, which may include overnight stays and travel by air, train, or bus.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

• Active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certification in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

• Certificate or associate degree (Bachelor’s degree is preferred).

• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.

• Capability to work in an office/home office and/or remote environment, as well as in a hospital or healthcare setting.

• Must comply with all personal protective equipment regulations.
