Clinical SME 1 – Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create communication materials that align with the EHR Modernization Communication Strategy

• Engage in outreach and collaboration with stakeholders

• Draft, revise, and oversee communication products

• Assist in planning communications for change-readiness initiatives

• Manage workflows for the review and approval of communications

• Evaluate the reach and effectiveness of communications

• Facilitate internal team communications and related materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

• At least 4 years of experience in communications or public relations

• Background in communication within healthcare or health IT fields

• Experience in supporting communications for organizational change management

• Excellent writing and editing abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and presentation design

• Capability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language

• Must be able to obtain and keep a favorable VA background investigation
