Clinical Services Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical operations for Behavior Support Services (BSS) within the organization.

• Ensure adherence to COMP and NOW Waiver Manuals as well as DBHDD policies.

• Supervise and assist behavior analysts and other professionals providing behavior support services.

• Perform assessments and evaluations to create tailored behavior support plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• Maintain precise documentation and reports in line with Medicaid and DBHDD standards.

• Offer training and guidance to staff on effective practices in behavior support services.

• Engage in audits, reviews, and quality assurance initiatives to uphold service excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensure: Must possess a valid state of Georgia license in one of the following areas: Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Experience: At least one (1) year of direct service experience in behavior support services.

• Advanced Training: Required to have specialized training in behavior analytic techniques.
