Clinical Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the population and curation of the Intervention and Driver Libraries/Ontologies, converting clinical and scientific knowledge into system frameworks.

• Create and evaluate decision logic in accordance with system specifications.

• Establish safety guardrails and escalation thresholds.

• Aid in the development and validation of intervention content alongside the Content team, ensuring clinical accuracy, citation of claims, nuance, and health literacy calibration.

• Define outcomes and facilitate evaluation design to assess intervention effectiveness.

• Set up and manage partnerships in Clinical Research.

• Identify and assess potential research collaborators.

• Assist in developing protocols and managing research operations with external partners.

• Organize and coordinate a Clinical Advisory Board.

• Identify subject matter experts in relevant domains for the Board.

• Draft Terms of Reference for advisory members.

• Assist in contracting Advisory Board members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in behavioral or clinical fields with experience in research integrity or clinical practice.

• Capability to coordinate a Clinical Advisory Board and maintain credible authority across Product and Engineering teams.

• Proficiency in critically evaluating and synthesizing scientific and clinical literature.

• Extensive experience collaborating with Product teams as a scientific and clinical advisor.
