Clinical Science Program Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee various clinical testing and laboratory services projects with guidance from the Program Manager.

• Create project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure timely delivery.

• Track project progress, recognize risks and obstacles, and implement strategies to uphold project milestones.

• Supervise sample processing workflows and guarantee accurate result reporting.

• Act as the main point of contact for pharmaceutical clients, CROs, site investigators, and internal teams.

• Organize meetings, create agendas, record minutes, and communicate updates regarding the project.

• Maintain and monitor project reports and clinical study data.

• Advocate for best practices and continuous improvement within clinical operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Life Sciences is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, clinical trial management, or project management within the CRO, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or regulated sectors.

• Familiarity with clinical studies and regulatory documentation.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
