Clinical Sales Training Specialist – Peripheral Vascular Image Guided Therapy Devices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with sales leadership and the Peripheral Vascular (PV) marketing team to create engaging and pertinent learning content.

• Integrating adult learning principles to ensure that training materials address the needs of the target audience.

• Innovating and establishing new educational pathways for our PV portfolio.

• Supporting all programs with metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of programs and learning initiatives.

• Implementing training programs for new hires within the PV sales team.

• Assisting with Medical Education requirements as they emerge within the PV education team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in sales training, clinical training, or medical device education.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows and technical competencies associated with medical devices.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering impactful training in both live and digital formats.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and training analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Education, Business); a Master’s degree or training certifications are advantageous.
