This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the territory for the current customer portfolio.
• Enhance product utilization and broaden the customer network through clinical education and training for new users.
• Ensure customers can operate Haemonetics equipment, software, and related disposables independently, safely, and effectively.
• Provide training for both new and existing customers on designated products and clinical applications.
• Deliver onsite support in laboratory, critical care, and operating-room environments.
• Offer clinical expertise to solidify products as the standard of care within accounts.
• Broaden product applications and meet the assigned annual sales AOP targets.
• Optimize TEG assays, software versions, Cell Saver device fleets, and disposable usage.
• Cultivate relationships with clinicians and decision-makers through education, grand rounds, case support, calls, and market events.
• Travel to hospital accounts, identify and train clinical champions, and build essential relationships.
• Provide onsite go-live support, including after-hours assistance.
• Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain CRM records and document customer history.
• Support VAD/ECMO, trauma, cardiovascular, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical-care clinicians.
• Customize product training materials to fit customer requirements.
• Understand competitive landscape and convert existing-account business to Haemonetics.
• Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager on key account expansion, forecasting, and business planning.
• Provide support at regional and national trade shows.
• Generate demand for device, software, and add-on upgrades.
• Assist with laboratory installation, validation, verification, training, competency, SOP, IQCP, logistics, and ordering processes.
• Prospect and develop relationships at multiple levels, including C-suite executives.
• Participate in product development, market needs assessment, quality investigations, launches, and provide feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Medical Technology (mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry or a clinically related field, preferably with complex medical devices and/or in critical care environments.
• ICU and cardiology experience is highly preferred.
• Proven written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to persuade and demonstrated experience in promoting product adoption.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with clinicians at a high level.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Knowledge of hemostasis management.
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products.
• Frequent domestic travel is required: 50–75%.
