This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide support and guidance to clinical personnel in the operating room (OR), intensive care units (ICUs), and specialized departments.
• Actively assist our Account Managers during meetings and project initiatives.
• Educate clinical users and facilitate product evaluations and testing.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and expansion.
• Develop enduring relationships with nursing teams, medical professionals, and procurement departments.
• Serve as a collaborative partner for clients and internal teams.
• Represent Medline at industry conferences and events.
• Maintain a structured approach, including CRM documentation and market analysis.
• Completed nursing or medical education, preferably with experience in the OR.
• Several years of experience in the operating room or similar clinical environments.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and influencing others.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• A curious nature, eagerness to learn, and interest in sales.
• Proficient in German and good command of English.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel.
