Clinical Sales Specialist – Electrophysiology, LAAO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure case coverage and enhance clinical outcomes for patients.

• Act as the main resource for clinical support, which includes surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.

• Educate customers on the advantages and proper clinical application of company products.

• Update customers on developments in products, therapies, and technologies.

• Participate in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions, linking outcome data to key messaging.

• Meet with current and prospective healthcare-provider clients to identify clinical needs, objectives, and limitations related to patient care.

• Offer creative and practical clinical solutions.

• Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and auxiliary personnel on Structural Heart products.

• Provide technical support to physicians during procedures.

• Relay product, clinical, and market data to the relevant personnel.

• Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 9 years of relevant experience in cardiovascular work.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience specific to Structural Heart or Electrophysiology.

• Verification that all vendor credentialing requirements will be met, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.

• Preferred qualifications: degree in life sciences or medical training such as RN, EMT, or Perfusion.

• Strong clinical orientation is essential.

• Experience with products utilized in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery.

• Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging techniques.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

• Capability to support procedures, troubleshoot issues, educate customers, and engage with clinicians.
