Clinical Sales Specialist – Außendienst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support and consultation for users in the operating room, intensive care units, and specialized departments

• Active assistance to our account managers during client meetings and projects

• Training of users and support during product testing

• Identification of opportunities and cross-selling potentials in the clinical everyday life

• Establishing long-term relationships with nursing, medicine, and procurement

• Acting as a sparring partner for clients as well as internal teams

• Representing Medline at congresses and events

• Structured working style including CRM documentation as well as market and competitive observation

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed nursing or medical training

• Several years of professional experience as an operating room specialist or in a comparable clinical environment

• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and persuading people

• Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and conflict resolution abilities

• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in sales and customer relationships

• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency

• Driving license and willingness to travel within your territory
