This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide support and guidance to clinical users in operating rooms, intensive care units, and specialized departments.
• Actively assist our Account Managers during customer meetings and on projects within your designated region.
• Conduct training sessions for users, facilitate product evaluations, and offer practical, hands-on guidance.
• Recognize opportunities and potential for cross-selling in daily clinical operations.
• Establish enduring relationships with nursing staff, medical teams, and procurement departments.
• Act as a collaborative partner for customers as well as for Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
• Represent Medline at conferences and customer events.
• Maintain an organized approach including CRM documentation and monitoring of market trends and competitors.
• Completed nursing or medical training, preferably with experience in operating rooms (OR).
• Several years of experience as an OR nurse or in a similar clinical environment.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and persuading others.
• Structured and independent working style with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, professional attitude, and capability to manage conflicts.
• Inquisitive nature, eagerness to learn, and interest in sales and customer relations.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel within your assigned territory.
