Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of robotic surgical systems.

• Provide mentorship to surgical teams through training sessions, integration in operating rooms, and guidance on da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Assist with regional Sales and Marketing events to boost system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system usage.

• Increase the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Promote sales of instruments and accessories.

• Guide new team members towards achieving high performance.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and submissions of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare sales sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• Preferred knowledge of the operating room environment.

• Demonstrated history of success in previous roles.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven track record of effective teamwork.

• Current vaccination proof against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or clients.

• Candidates should either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Manhattan, NY area.
