Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a sales strategy that enhances the utilization of robotic surgical systems.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, integration in the operating room, and application of da Vinci Surgery.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across major surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events aimed at increasing system awareness and promoting procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with influential thought leaders.

• Promote the sales of instruments and accessories.

• Coach new team members to develop into high-performing clinical sales professionals.

• Oversee administrative duties, sales activities, and expense reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Cherry Hill, NJ area.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Familiarity with the operating room environment is preferred.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are required.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are a must.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.
