This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and Sales Representatives to enhance revenue growth and capture market share through effective coordination of sales and service efforts throughout the region.
• Utilize analytics, time studies, and/or field visits to identify clinical opportunities.
• Tackle clinical challenges through coaching or by developing and executing measurable initiatives.
• Coordinate, create, and implement strategies aimed at increasing service efficiency and optimizing the utilization of clinical headcount.
• Leverage best practices by utilizing a network of Clinical Leaders and training resources.
• Manage and mentor clinical specialists through field rides, individual and group meetings, and company resources to ensure alignment of regional goals, talent development, and adoption of best practices.
• Exhibit effective change leadership to adapt to a shifting customer base, evolving industry service expectations, and the necessary changes in team member skills and capabilities required for market success.
• Foster communication and drive alignment within CRM at both the Area and Regional levels concerning vision, goals, and activities.
• Uphold, communicate, and reinforce policies, business conduct, and quality standards.
• Play a crucial role in a collaborative regional management team to identify, recruit, and hire top clinical candidates for open positions.
• Continuously strive to maintain a robust and diverse pool of candidates for future hiring opportunities.
• Oversee the training and development of the clinical team in areas such as implant knowledge, service delivery, competitive insights, and product knowledge.
• Ensure all direct reports have annual and quarterly objectives, implement a regular schedule for performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching, and document performance needs and achievements; implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Guide and advise the clinical team on teamwork, time and task management, and career development.
• Complete administrative tasks related to management, expenses, inventory, and communication activities.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 7-9 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CRM certification and a demonstrated understanding of CRM therapy knowledge for implants and device support.
• Familiarity with the local CRM customer base is preferred.
• Proven leadership and credibility with local teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Competence in managing conflict effectively and facilitating change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Substantial project management experience.
• Must possess energy, organization, determination, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility in scheduling for case coverage and client meetings during after-hours and weekends.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% of the time, depending on territory geography.
