Clinical Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assisting the sales team in achieving overall sales growth objectives.

• Informing customers about the application and clinical use of Medline products.

• Providing product training to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conducting product demonstrations and offering clinical support during product trials.

• Evaluating the competitive landscape and pertinent industry trends.

• Collecting direct customer feedback and utilizing these insights to enhance product offerings.

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of the political and clinical context to foresee factors that may affect customer purchasing choices.

• Supporting Product Managers in product development to meet customer and market demands.

• Assisting in root-cause analyses of customer complaints.

• Establishing strong relationships with key personnel in the operating theatre.

• Representing Medline in clinics and various healthcare facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed nursing and/or medical education.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operating Theatre Nurse.

• Extensive technical knowledge of hospital medical products.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including terminology, hospital purchasing processes, technology, and regulations.

• Strong sense of accountability.

• Critical thinker with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Highly independent and proactive.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Proficient in English and the local language.

• Willingness and capability to travel (field-based); a category B driving license is necessary.
