This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the usage of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Become an expert in da Vinci Surgery across key indications within the region and assist in the growth of surgical robotics programs in the designated territory.

• Facilitate regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable self-sufficient system utilization within a suitable timeframe.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to review and select appropriate cases, ensuring consistent usage of the da Vinci system.

• Broaden the user base by cultivating a qualified lead pipeline with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders.

• Guide surgical teams through training on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Offer case support and advice to surgical teams regarding the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Oversee administrative duties, including sales/procedure reporting, tracking sales activity outcomes, and managing expense reports.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany following suitable training, providing insights on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of two years in support and training within the medical device industry or at least two years of previous sales experience in healthcare.

• Proven experience in sales support or a successful sales background.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and German is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, depending on business requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.

• After appropriate training, fulfill the role of a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany as mandated by law.
