Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to formulate a clinical strategy aimed at boosting the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Become a subject matter expert across all primary surgical specialties to aid in the development of surgical items.

• Assist field operations in reaching quarterly sales targets.

• Support regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that enhance System awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Train and develop operating room (OR) staff to proficiently manage the System throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.

• Create a clinical plan for each surgical team to ensure they can operate the system independently within a reasonable timeframe.

• Promote the continuous growth of the user base by collaborating with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to cultivate a qualified lead pipeline.

• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.

• Manage administrative responsibilities effectively, including reporting on sales/procedures outcomes, submitting expense reports, and other related tasks.

• Identify high-potential surgical teams and deliver both formal and informal presentations to educate and persuade them to adopt the system.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations, OR integration, and clinical applications.

• Serve as a resource for the surgical team, offering guidance and insights on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

• A proven track record of achievement and leadership.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.

• Demonstrated ability to work within and foster team collaboration.
