Clinical Review Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee the clinical assessment and resolution of client UM requests.

• Responsible for engaging directly with healthcare providers regarding non-formulary and clinical product coverage concerns.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure uniformity in clinical decisions within the pharmacist team.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the local State Board of Pharmacy.

• Comfortable making independent clinical decisions.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing several projects at once.

• Self-motivated individual who does not require constant oversight or feedback to achieve results.

• Adaptable to changes in a dynamic work environment.

• Skilled in learning new computer systems and proficient in using multiple monitors.
