This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, planning, delivery, and assessment of training activities related to clinical trials for Sarah Cannon colleagues.

• Provide training for Research Nurses, Research Coordinators, non-clinical research staff, and Clinical Site personnel.

• Attend and actively participate in Investigator and Site start-up meetings.

• Share relevant information with Clinical Operations staff.

• Create and assist in the delivery of training for new protocols.

• Identify the most effective training delivery methods, timing, and frequency.

• Develop and utilize educational materials, including self-study guides, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference documents.

• Create presentations and lead groups, workshops, and programs.

• Complete regimen templates for HER systems for both current and upcoming protocols.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree is mandatory.

• Bachelor Degree is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of oncology covering major cancer types, management of disease-related symptoms, standard treatment options, and management of treatment-related side effects.

• Familiarity with federal and state regulations and ICH guidelines concerning clinical trials with human subjects.

• Understanding of clinical trial principles, processes, and ethical considerations.

• Awareness of Institutional Review Board guidelines, standards, and operational requirements.

• Minimum of one year of experience in oncology.

• Minimum of one year of experience in research.

• Research Certification (ACRP or CCRP) is preferred.

• Oncology Certification (OCN) is preferred.

• Must reside in the US.
