Clinical Research Project Manager

📋 Description

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IRT projects, while ensuring compliance with clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as clinical operations and technology experts, to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress to guarantee successful project outcomes.

• Promoting communication and stakeholder engagement to maintain transparency and swiftly address any project-related concerns.

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in IRT technologies to foster innovation and enhance project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5+ years of project management experience within the clinical research sector, particularly related to IRT systems.

• Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within IRT systems, including the development and execution of UAT test scripts and completion of UAT documentation.

• Experience in vendor management.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting project objectives and deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• A dedication to upholding high standards of quality and compliance in all project-related activities.

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, project management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
