Clinical Research Patient Phone Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct pre-screening interviews via telephone with potential participants for clinical research focused on obesity and weight management trials.

• Gather, evaluate, and accurately document information on medical history, medications, health conditions, weight history, and specific eligibility criteria for studies.

• Evaluate patients against predefined eligibility criteria using authorized screening protocols.

• Schedule eligible patients for consent and screening appointments.

• Update and manage patient records and eligibility status in clinical databases.

• Organize recruiting efforts, which include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, managing voicemails, and facilitating text communications.

• Assist in patient outreach strategies to boost enrollment in clinical research studies at Trialmed locations.

• Work in partnership with research coordinators and clinical staff to provide a smooth patient experience.

• Clearly communicate clinical research opportunities and cultivate rapport with potential participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in Patient Recruitment or similar experience in a call center or customer service setting.

• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Ability to engage in discussions about sensitive health and weight-related topics with empathy, professionalism, and tact.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

• Capability to prioritize several tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team framework.

• A dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection.
