Clinical Research Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, such as principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel.

• Offer support and guidance to site staff regarding study protocols, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Identify ways to enhance site engagement and optimize performance through consistent communication and feedback mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and execute site engagement strategies tailored to each study and location.

• Track site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams concerning site engagement activities and results.

• Participate in clinical research initiatives and take ownership of deliverables while working in a collaborative environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a similar field is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards for clinical trials.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in Germany.
