Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor-Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of site management, from the selection of study sites to their eventual close-out.

• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing new staff members, for example, during co-monitoring visits at study sites.

• Engage in client-specific working groups and other internal initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a relevant discipline such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Management, Pharmacology, (Veterinary) Medicine, etc.

• Alternatively, completed vocational training in health/care or equivalent professional experience in clinical research (e.g., Study Nurse, Research Nurse, Study Coordinator, etc.).

• Professional experience in the independent monitoring of clinical trials in Germany, acquired at a CRO or a pharmaceutical company.

• Strong understanding of applicable German and international regulations governing clinical trials, such as ICH/GCP.

• Excellent organizational abilities, empathy, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to work.

• Outstanding communication skills with business-fluent German and proficient spoken and written English are essential.
