Clinical Research Associate – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Perform site qualifications, initiations, interim monitoring, site management, and closure visits for studies.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior CRAs and site personnel as necessary.

• Record findings from site visits through comprehensive written reports.

• Evaluate, supervise, and train study site staff to ensure adherence to protocols.

• Review safety information regarding study subjects and the informed consent process.

• Carry out source document verification to ensure compliance, patient safety, and data integrity.

• Review Case Report Forms (CRFs) using both paper and electronic data capture systems.

• Assist sites in resolving data queries.

• Update site-related documents for inclusion in the Trial Master File (TMF).

• Ensure compliance at sites concerning the receipt, accountability, and return or destruction of investigational products.

• Conduct accompanied site visits for the assessment or training of other CRAs as needed and appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent RN/BSN in Nursing.

• Experience in Oncology is mandatory.

• A willingness to travel is essential.
