Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Conduct national travel and perform on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visits.

• Ensure that the facilities and staff at investigational sites are suitable for the conduct of the study.

• Identify investigators and assess their qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff throughout the study duration.

• Provide necessary training to investigational-site staff.

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory and/or Ethics Committee submissions when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree in Life Sciences or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Significant on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 clinical trials.

• Preferably, experience with complex trials such as oncology or rare diseases.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Capability to plan, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic team setting.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel.
