Clinical Research Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.

• Ensure adherence to protocols, maintain data integrity, and prioritize patient safety throughout the trial journey.

• Collaborate effectively with investigators and site personnel to ensure seamless study execution.

• Conduct data reviews and address queries to uphold the quality of clinical data.

• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of study documentation, such as protocols and clinical study reports.

• Design and analyze clinical trials, interpret intricate medical data, and support the progression of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Assume responsibility for clinical trial monitoring deliverables and work in a cooperative sponsor-dedicated model.

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (around 60%).

• Employment with ICON is dependent on possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
